Get ready to go wild with Carlsbad Community Theatre! We are holding auditions for our upcoming spring production of Madagascar: A Musical Adventure Jr. Audition Date: February 24, 2026 from 5-8pm Location: Pine Ave. Community Center Ages: 2nd through 8th grade — no previous experience or abilities needed. Prepare the following for your audition: • A 60-second karaoke-style audition song (preferably from a musical) • Completed audition form (link below) • Your resume • A headshot Please sign up for one audition time slot only. Callbacks will be announced by email. Rehearsals: Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning Tuesday, March 10. Performances: May 7th (school show), 8th, and 9th Students will come together to explore singing, dancing, and acting as they work toward energetic performances of DreamWorks’ Madagascar Jr., complete with costumes, props, and a fun, lively stage experience. Join us as we leap into this new theatrical adventure!
